George read Terence Chan’s notes regarding delinquent payments on HOA quarterly fees. 2 of the neighbors are in severe remiss.

Old Business:

  1. Star Power.

    2. Dave Gardner gave his comments regarding the contract sent by star Power. Minor changes had been made to the standard agreement. Wires will be run under ground. HOA would like wire boxes to not stand out as much as possible, preferably hidden under ground.

    All of Kentlands has signed up with Star Power. Richard Schinner wants to see the Kentlands agreement because the Ketlands are extremely picky about appearance.

    Dave wants Star Power to carry general liability insurance mentioned in item 3.

    Star Power has an incentive program whereby they will waive installation charges initially to entice lots of clients.

    New Business:

  2. Minutes accepted for 1/2000 and 11/1999.
  3. Richard intends to distribute neighborhood info letter for the community directory very soon.
  4. Karen wants community residents to be more considerate of shoveling sidewalks.
  5. Richard wants Titus to collect trash starting 7:00 am not 6:20 am so as not to disturb residents. Snowplow came at midnight disturbing residents.
  6. HOA wants residents to know about website orchardknolls.org
