Monthly Meeting of the Orchard Knolls Homeowners Association (hereinafter OKHA)
was called to order at on

A motion was made, seconded and passed approving the Minutes of the March 2002 BOD Meeting.
III. OLD BUSINESS
member Mohammed Homaitabar met with Bob Angell of the PGC to try and negotiate
a definite timeline for PGC to complete work on our requests. At the same time OK attorney Dave Gardner
initiated the complaint process with
NEW FIRE STATION FACILITY
Attorney David Gardner investigated and OKHA will ask that the County heavily screen the structure and loading dock with fencing and landscaping.

Ongoing maintenance and/or other issues
Blackberry Drive trees-3 Norway spruce are to be installed ASAP.
The “cat lady” will be contacted to update the BOD on status of the cat population. One the one hand, the cats keep any “rat issues” under control, but too many felines become a problem themselves.
OKHA Annual Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, June 1st in conjunction with the Church Yard Sale. Details to follow.
