MINUTES
September and October BOD Minutes Accepted -
Revised minutes were written, discussed and accepted unanimously. Any existing minutes for these months will be superseded and replaced by these revised and accepted minutes.BUDGET
A new budget was presented to the BOD. The BOD unanimously agreed that a Reserve Study Committee be chartered at the annual meeting to perform a comprehensive study of both the TH and All Others Reserve funds. The committee will consist of equal numbers of TH and SF owners.
A motion to accept the budget was made, it was seconded and passed unanimously.
