1.
There appears to be a significant amount of construction / demolition at
the PGC. RDS to contact the county to determine if these changes are to bring
the site into compliance with prior special exceptions.
2.
Porten
has filed for legal review of the rezoning case. HOA action pending.
3.
RS/RDS reviewed the installation of the possibility of installing a light
at the service shed. Looks like it will work RS/RDS to proceed.
4.
ES contacted Comcast about getting the street repaired where they did
work. She will follow-up and work with them to get this repaired properly.
5.
There are problems with what appears to be several occupants of 120??

Garaged Town Home Pole Lamp Issue:
We have received complaints that many of the TH owners are not maintaining
the lamps in their lamp posts. We have a
list of addresses that are in violation and letters will be sent to ask the
owners to comply. An article in the next
OK Newsletter will also have an article about this issue.
1.
MH provided copies of the association financial statements for the period
ending 11/30/05 and 12/31/05. ABS noted that there may be an error with the Pepco
bill. The board to review. ABS also provided a copy of the State Farm bill for
payment authorization. Payment was
authorized.
ARCHITECTURAL
REVIEW:
1.
The ARC to issue letters regarding deficiencies found during the fall
walk-thru.
2.
There is a report that one of the Single Family (Detached) homeowner painted the sidewalk in
front of their house. This is in violation of the ARC requirements. ARC to
write letter.
