We will write off the fee for 12XXX Cherry Blossom Place per their request.·
The recent incident on Cherry Blossom Place involving a non-resident setting a fire in a trash can was discussed. Residents are advised to watch for any suspicious activity and report it to the police immediately.·
PSI inspection of lights and electrical facilities went well and several lights were replaced and repairs made as needed.·
Eileen and Liz are to evaluate the roads in the townhouse areas to see if we need any repairs to the pavement. They will be notified as soon as the weather remains warm. Eileen will call Comcast to see if they plan to repair/replace the pavement they damaged when laying cable.·
The WSSC invoice marked as Late was investigated by the Treasurer and found to be in error. The error was corrected and our payment is now up to date.·
Spring Walk-through (for townhome area) is scheduled for Sunday, May 6 at 9: 30 AM.
