ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS & MINUTES REVIEW :

Call To Order:	President Called Meeting to Order at 7:00 PM.
Absent Members:	David Gilles

Discussion of wish list items for the community including: new flags and poles; upgrade of the entry wall; improvement of lettering on existing wall and addition of a smaller wall on opposite side of Blackberry Drive.
The existing wall will also be power washed. Rick will see if Mead Landscaping can do this.
Discussion of how well the new light is illuminating the area facing Blackberry Drive behind the town homes. Agreed that it is an asset and another may be installed at a future date several yards up by the tot lot.
The hearing in last month on the PGC matter went well. An additional hearing is scheduled for October 29, 2008.
Eileen will contact Diane Tillery to see what can be done about the use of foul language in the parking lots.
Rick will contact Mead Landscaping re the large tree branch that is down behind 15715 Cherry Blossom Lane. He will also ask Mead to address the tree installed in front of 15746 Cherry Blossom Lane. The tree needs to be re-staked as it is leaning.
In response to complaints from a homeowner, the Board went up to see the reforestation recently done behind the property at XXXXX Blackberry Terrace. The common area behind the home was prepared so that it could grow back to its “natural” state using indigenous plants and shrubs. The Board was pleased with the work and concluded that the area will resemble its original state with time.
The Next Meeting / Spring-Summer Walk Through of the Town Homes is scheduled for Sunday, August 10, 2008 at 9:00 AM.
