ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS & MINUTES REVIEW :

Call To Order:	President Called Meeting to Order at 9:00 AM
Absent Members:	David Gilles

Discussion of employing a MC policewoman to patrol community for a period of six weeks. The action would be evaluated after four weeks to see if it is effective in eliminating late night noise, foul language, loitering, etc. The motion was approved. Community residents will get a letter informing them. The Board will meet with the officer to select dates and times.
Eileen will continue working with Diane Tillery to see what can be done about the use of foul language and noise in the parking lots.
Discussion of the architectural covenants and how strict to be with homeowners who have made changes that do not comply with the covenants. The community is over 15 years old and residents often want to make significant changes to their property. The topic will be brought up at the Annual Meeting. Changing the covenants is a lengthy process.
The path in back of the town homes needs significant repairs. It will be repaired and in four years be replaced entirely. This give us time to build up the reserves to sufficiently cover the cost.
The town home parking streets and parking lots will be sealed in 2009.
The Board completed out the Spring/Summer Walk Through of the Town Homes following the administrative meeting. Letters will be sent to those residents needing improvement to their property.
A letter will also be sent to the town home residents reminding them to keep their lights out front lit by replacing bulbs that burn out.
