ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS & MINUTES REVIEW :

·        Re-sealing and striping of the town home parking areas will be done in mid- September. Concrete repair of sidewalks and driveway panels will also be done where needed. Affected home owners will be notified prior to the work. 


·        Additional parking space(s) may be added on Cherry Blossom Place and special spaces will be provided for handicapped residents who have requested them. Residents of Cherry Blossom Place will be notified not to allow visitors to park in a reserved parking spot not belonging to them.  Towing will be enforced.


·        Two additional colonial lamp posts are currently being installed on the west side of the Blackberry Drive Tot Lot. Work should be complete soon.


·         The ARC and Board members will see samples of roofing materials before final approval is given to use synthetic materials other than the cedar shake.
