A new landscaping company has been hired, CG Landscaping. New flowers have been planted throughout the development and 3 new crepe myrtles have been planted along Cherry Blossom Lane (parallel to Blackberry Drive). The crepe myrtles stand at about 14-15 feet high. Ornamental grass is planned for the berm.

American Striping came out to do a walk through on the walk paths recently. They will send and estimate based on their evaluation. They will also do a crack seal in the Town Home roads and parking lots, if needed.

The concrete sidewalk repair on county roads is almost done.

FIOS is still not available in the area.

Architectural structure – an inspection throughout the development will be done within the next few weeks by Diane Tillery. Diane will act as a consultant for the BOD and handle the ARC "walk-throughs". As a reminder, written requests and approvals are required prior to any exterior changes. If outside structural changes are made without prior approval, a courtesy letter will be sent to residents asking for a copy of written requests. If no proof of a request is received, another letter asking residents to submit a request for approval will be sent. If still no response from the resident(s), a letter of violation will be sent to the homeowner(s).

A new line item will be added to the budget for services provided by the ARC Inspector/Administrator/Consultant.

The next HOA meeting will be held in June, at the Quince Orchard Library. All Orchard Knoll residents are invited.
